AudioThing - Reels 1.0.0 VST, VST3, AAX x64 - Full Version

Unusual vintage tape emulation for creating a lo-fi effect The developers from the AudioThing studio have released the AudioThing Reels VST plug-in, which emulates the sound of a reel-to-reel tape recorder. According to the developers, the main feature of the plug-in is that it is based on a Japanese little-known tape recorder purchased by AudioThing in one of the flea markets. The plugin faithfully recreates the sound and sonic characteristics of the High Fidelity Model 402. AudioThing claims that the mediocre quality of the recorder itself, coupled with its considerable age, makes the High Fidelity Model 402 sound very low quality and suitable for creating analog lo-fi effect. The AudioThing Reels tape recorder emulator downgrades any signal passed through it. Users can choose from three types of film (Japanese, French, Italian) and the playback speed, which will affect the intensity of signal processing. In addition, the plug-in provides a number of settings that are responsible for tape hiss, ducking and other noises, an echo section, as well as a special "Tape Stop" function that simulates a kind of attenuation that occurs when the tape stops.
